What’s the difference between all the modes?

Warm Up = easy practice methods like ‘super slow’ or ‘ascending only’

Basic = no practice method at all, just the task e.g. ‘F major scale RH’. Play the task ascending and descending, just as you would if you were asked to play it in an exam.

Muscle Builder = practice methods that encourage a good technique

Brain Strain = practice methods that really make you think! Often it will be a combination of two Muscle Builder methods at once!

Thrill Seeker – for the musician who loves a challenge. Three methods at once, or sometimes just one method that is over-the-top tricky!
